Our client set sustainability goals that required employee buy-in and participation to achieve. Much of the company’s workforce were part of the “millennial” generation, and the company wanted to use the most impactful methods specifically to engage millennials in their sustainability program.

JBE was asked to develop a white paper to recommend approaches to engage employees in the company’s sustainability process.

JBE’s white paper developed recommendations for engaging milliennials. The approach focused on consistent implementation across the company, educating employees, communicating frequently, empowering employees, and recognizing progress.
As a result of these recommendations, the company was able engage a large portion of its workforce on implementing the highest- priority aspects of its sustainability program.
