Service Offerings

Sustainability Governance

Governance is the backbone to performance, productivity, risk management, and compliance assurance. We offer a variety of services with one goal: the implementation of sustainable development principles throughout your organization.

Supply Chain Risk Assessment

Tackling your supply chain can be one of the most daunting tasks within the ESG framework. We are here to help. We offer dedicated staff support, supply chain audit, scorecard development, policy and statement drafting, public communications support, and more.

ESG Disclosure Strategy

A comprehensive ESG disclosure strategy balances risk management, your organization’s goals and culture, time, cost, and brand reputation. Our team can not only assist with the qualitative and quantitative reporting of data but also in creating a wholistic strategy that works.

Investor & Peer Benchmarking

Conducting benchmarking is a critical step in understanding how your peers and competitors publicly measure their ESG successes. Equally important is determining how your strategy aligns with key investors. Let our team help with your stakeholder benchmarking.

Setting Internal KPIs, Goals and Targets

Our team can assist in setting internal KPIs, goals, and targets in multiple areas including: carbon, supply chain, pay gap, diversity/equity/inclusion, Science Based Targets (SBT), emissions intensity, and more.

Net Zero Roadmaps & Decarbonization Transition

Building upon your existing inventory, we can help develop net decarbonization roadmaps to help your organization transition to a net-zero or carbon neutral world. Our customized solutions will allow you to visualize step-changes in your operations as well as project future emissions.

Pre-Assurance Preparations and Audits

Whether this is your first year conducting a GHG inventory or you’re a veteran at carbon accounting, our team can help prepare your data and records for both internal audits and/or third-party validation.

Sustainability Regulatory Support

Our team’s core foundation includes regulatory analysis as many of our staff’s technical experience includes years of air permitting and compliance. Leveraging that skillset, we are equipped to conduct regulatory applicability, gap assessments, and compliance implementation.

Data Analytics and Visualization

Our team includes experts in managing large, complex datasets and evolving those datasets into customized solutions that meet you where you are in your climate strategy today as well as help you visualize tomorrow.
