Christa Henager

Senior Environmental Consultant

Christa has a master’s degree in environmental engineering from the University of Houston and a bachelor’s in environmental engineering from Mercer University. She has over 20 years of experience working in the environmental area including international experience as an EHS manager for several large oil companies.

Most recently, Christa led the development of data and program element revision supporting various regulatory obligations for a refinery starting up operations of a renewable diesel unit (RDU) and continuing the operation of some of the refinery units to process crude oil into products. This effort included development of new speciation data and associated regulatory analysis to revise refinery Risk Management Plan (RMP) elements, and to initialize LDAR monitoring for the units being revised because of this refinery revamp effort.
