Linda Bartlett

Senior Compliance Consultant

Linda is a chemical engineer from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. She has over 30 years of experience in facility environmental support, process and project engineering, operations, management, and environmental consulting. Her experience includes air, water, and waste compliance and permitting. Her expertise lies in air quality including Clean Air Act (CAA) Title V and Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) permitting, compliance management, and environmental personnel training and development.

 As a consultant, she recently permitted two large LNG liquefaction complexes with power plants and batch concrete operations. She has responded to numerous CAA Section 114 requests involving flaring and led flaring minimization efforts for complex flare systems. She is currently supporting a chemicals operation in their flaring related improvements as part-time staff. Prior to these recent activities, she supported Shell’s large refining and petrochemical complex in Norco, Louisiana, in various positions including Environmental Manager. Her Shell roles have given her experience in PSD evaluations. She has also supported Chevron’s pipeline, chemicals, and refining operations in a wide variety of roles including leading the Health, Environment, and Loss Prevention team. These roles have allowed her to see a wide variety of facilities in audit roles as both a consultant and an employee.
