• Air Permitting Projects

  • Performed consultant air quality permitting and compliance activities for two refineries

  • Assisted with Petroleum Refining Initiative consent decree mandated projects

  • Assisted with permitting the conversion of a petroleum refinery to a bulk terminal

  • Performed research and prepared application demonstrating that no permit was required for a proposed biodiesel production facility

• Compliance Projects

  • Prepared annual emission inventories for facilities including hotels/casinos, hospitals, concrete batch plants, and publicly owned treatment works (POTW)

  • Performed regulatory applicability analyses of engines for several compressor stations and updated the company’s compliance documentation for NSPS JJJJ and MACT ZZZZ

• State Regulator Projects

  • Generated Title V permits for a power plant and municipal solid waste landfills with municipal waste combustors

  • Drafted air quality regulations

  • Served as statewide air quality regulation point of contact for industries ranging from dry cleaners to power plants
