Air Permitting

P.E. Registration

Sectors Serviced

JBE’s team members have extensive experience in air permitting, regulatory reporting, and compliance assurance. Our team’s area of expertise includes upstream oil and gas, downstream petroleum refining, liquified natural gas, renewable fuels, iron and steel manufacturing, petrochemical manufacturing, and high technology industries.

This experience has resulted in an approach to air permitting with tomorrow in mind.

We partner with our clients to explore all potential possibilities to reduce regulatory burden while maintaining compliance, and work closely with our regulatory agency contacts to obtain accurate permits that our clients can more easily live with.

JBE can assist you in the permitting process, but also in the process of living with your permit.  Even when requirements are straightforward, implementation and demonstrating compliance with those requirements can be much less clear.  Our team members are here to support you through initial project conception, permitting, and compliance implementation.

With licensed professional engineers (P.E.) in multiple states, including Arizona, Louisiana, and Texas, our team can help you through the air permitting process. From de minimis threshold evaluation to Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD), our experienced team is versed in regulatory applicability, threshold determination, regulatory gap assessment, air permit development, permit consolidation, and agency interface.
