Let's Meet JBE's New Team Member - Welcome, Sarah Backes!

We are pleased to announce that Sarah Backes joined the JBE team effective January 22, 2018.  She brings her seven years of consulting experience delivering air permitting and compliance support to our compliance practice.  Her work on GHG reporting and PSD permitting (particular for refineries) will be a welcome addition to our delivery capabilities.  Sarah is based in Shreveport, Louisiana, which will allow us more access to clients in that state.  She started her college studies at LSU but finished at the University of South Alabama; she has a bachelors degree in civil engineering.
