Climate Impact Assessment & Reporting

  • Climate Strategy for Nationwide Restaurant Chain Group - Led multi-year strategic sustainability support efforts for nationwide restaurant chain group. Effort included data management, Scope 1, 2, and 3 emission calculation development, carbon hot-spot analysis, carbon reduction road mapping, and public disclosure support.

  • Impending Regulatory Risk Management - Support companies in developing fit-for-purpose strategies for meeting obligations under the European Union's CSRD and CBAM rules. Each program was tailored to the needs of the organization and their reporting obligations. 

  • Brand Reputation Management - Provided guidance to improve ESG scores for rater/ranker programs including improving Human Rights Risk Screening analysis based on country location of vendors for supply chain activities of a biotech manufacturer.

Regulatory Affairs

  • Multi-Year Support for Impending Regulations in Oil and Gas Sector - Regulatory affairs including assessing applicability for proposed and existing regulations, preparing summaries of regulatory language, developing comments on proposed regulatory actions, conducting compliance gap assessments, and developing and implementing compliance plans. Experience centered on the regulation of methane.

Public Disclosure

  • TCFD/ISSB - Collaborated with client-specific stakeholders to develop public facing disclosures related to metrics such as governance structure, board oversight requirements, climate risks and materiality, and climate target and metrics. Most recently, assisted clients across multiple sectors in utilizing the TCFD/ISSB framework to facilitate compliance with California Senate Bill 261 (SB 261).

  • Public Emissions Inventory Disclosure for Petroleum Refining and Petrochemical Manufacturers Trade Organization - Prepared extensive criteria pollutant and GHG emissions inventory for operating petroleum refineries in North America on behalf of a trade organization. Emissions data was compiled at the facility-level and publicly disclosed within an annual report provided to trade members, the federal government including Senate Committee members, and the general public.
