EPA Open Mike Teleconference on Regulation Repeal

EPA OAR has just communicated to certain types of registered entities that it will hold a teleconference on Monday, April 24, 2017 to collect comments from the regulated community on which regulations should be repealed or revised.

Comments can be submitted vocally during the teleconference or submitted to the docket by May 15, 2017.  Instructions are provided.  There is no advance registration so I have no idea how many will actually get to join the call.

In all my years as an environmental professional, I cannot recall a forum like this - fascinating!

This seems like a great opportunity, but time is short.  I'm hopeful some will take the time to offer some comments backed by some good arguments and strong science.  The EPA actually has some advice on comments as part of this that I found interesting:
