Scott Kirby and Doug Price Join JBE

We are extremely pleased to announce that Scott Kirby, Ph.D., and Doug Price, PE, have joined us as Senior Compliance Consultants.

Scott has more than nine years of compliance management consulting, specializing in air quality permitting and compliance, process safety and risk management, and environmental management information systems design and deployment.

Doug has over thirty years of experience in the environmental field, with a strong emphasis in air quality issues.  He has provided environmental consulting services to clients in the refining, petrochemical, oil & gas, and other industries.

Scott is located in Alabama and Doug is located in Texas and both will both help in expanding our compliance service capabilities in the South.
